Bio
Sore Subjects are hominid cryptid beings said to inhabit the Midwestern United States, although sightings outside this region are particularly common. They are named for the unpleasant attitude that is said to accompany them. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) the Sore Subjects exist only as a local myth. Reports of creatures similar to the Sore Subjects were particularly common in the late 1970s and mid to late 1990s. In the fall of 2009, numerous sightings were reported in the urban neighborhoods of Chicago, Illinois of large, foul-smelling, ape-like creatures, which ran upright on two legs, carrying low quality musical instruments and bottles of beer. ..

"[Sore Subjects'] Midwestern take on the easily accessible stylings of the Ramones places them alongside the new class of modern punks proudly upholding the “1,2,3,4″ ethos. Their songs are deceptively simple and wacky (such as their single “Back to the Jungle”).... Don your leather jacket and chew out the rhythm on bubble gum for a fist pumping blast of raw power."
