Don’t let the handsome face fool you. A burglar entered LL Cool J’s home around 2am and to his surprise found the rapper awake and ready to defend his home. Reports say LL’s pretty face is still intact but the burglar suffered a few bruises. [TMZ]

It seems Azealia Banks‘ mouth hasn’t outweighed her musical ability just yet if Kanye comes calling. Kanye West is reportedly in Hawaii putting the finishing touches on the G.O.O.D. Music compilation Cruel Summer, due September 18th. He’s requested that Banks get out there. No word on whether this is for the compilation or her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste due out in early 2013. Time will tell. [Rap-Up]

Bow Wow is having the worst month ever. First he announces his disgust with YMCMB and says he is not putting out his Underrated album, and now his Twitter gets hacked. An up and coming rapper hacked Bow Wow’s Twitter to promote his mixtape and talent, or the lack thereof, to Bow Wow’s 3.5 million followers. Not sure this is the way to get fans, but it sure was funny to watch. [Boombox]
