In 2001, we never would have believed that Jimmy Fallon would have a TV show. We also would never have believed that the recently reunited D.C. post-everything act the Dismemberment Plan would be performing on it. That’s right, the Dis Plan—who got back together to coincide with the vinyl release of their 1999 landmark album Emergency & I —have announced that they’ll be performing on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on January 20.

With their Jimmy Fallon gig, Dis Plan be joining Superchunk, Jawbox and a long list of other incredibly cool bands that have gigged on the late-night show in the past year. Hey Jimmy, when are Q and Not U gonna be on the show? We still love that song with all the handclaps! In other great news, the band has announced they’ll be playing five more dates in addition to their tour. Check out The Dismemberment Plan’s additional tour dates below.
