“Celebrity Boxing” will return this summer … and Pauly D. and “Extra” correspondent Mario Lopez are scheduled to go head-to-head in the ring.

According to the realty show’s owner Damon Feldman, the referee for the bout between Mario and the “Jersey Shore” cast member will be a “special surprise celebrity.”

There will also be a $100,000 check presented to an as-yet unannounced charity, he said.

The big fight is scheduled for June 23rd, and will take place in Atlantic City.
