We’ve got news about new members of “The Office,” a cast member being replaced on “Modern Family,” Michael Cera returning to the set of “Arrested Development,” the TCA awards, another season of “Louie,” “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog” making its way to TV, the new cast of “America’s Next Top Model,” and some special news from “How I Met Your Mother.” And today’s only Monday! Get the details on all of these projects below.

.
Since NBC absolutely refuses to let “The Office” die, they’ve decided to give it a sort of mini-reboot and revamp the formula a little bit when Season 9 begins on September 20th. They’ve officially added “Greek” and Kick-Ass star Clark Duke to the cast, but word is that Jake Lacy will be joining him another new employee at the Scranton branch. I guess they think new blood will attract new viewers, but honestly, this show should have been cancelled like four years ago.

There was a little dust-up recently with the cast of “Modern Family” holding up production due to contract renegotiations, but all of that has been resolved now. Well, almost all of it. There’s apparently one cast member that’s getting replaced – the dog who played Stella was dumped by its agency, and now a replacement dog will be seen in future episodes. Bummer. It’s ruff to be a dog in this town. (Sorry, had to go there.)

Get pumped, “Arrested Development” fans: a new photo has surfaced of Michael Cera back on the set of the classic cancelled-too-early cult hit. After years of talking about bringing the show back in some form or another, it looks like George Michael has finally made it home again. Thank God for Netflix picking up the series for one more season.

The nation’s television critics gave out their awards this weekend at a ceremony hosted by “Breaking Bad” star Bryan Cranston. Fittingly, “Breaking Bad” won Best Drama, “Louie” won Best Comedy, and “Game of Thrones” was awarded the “Program of the Year.” Click over to EW for more on the winners.

Speaking of “Louie,” the hysterical and sometimes uncomfortable series created by the world’s most popular comedian Louie C.K. has just been renewed for a fourth season. Not bad for a show in which one guy writes, directs, stars in, and edits pretty much all of the episodes.

The CW sent us a press release this morning that revealed something fans of The Avengers might want to know. Joss Whedon’s “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog,” which starred Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion, is finally making the jump from the web to the small screen. Whedon and his friends created the three-part online series during the 2008 Writer’s Guild strike, and like most things that Whedon makes, it found an instant cult following online. Now folks who may not be as familiar with the director’s trademark style and wit will have a chance to check it out on The CW on Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 at 9pm ET. Set your DVRs now!
.
“America’s Next Top Model” is still going strong, and this year the show is hosting its first ever College Edition. The 13 finalists have just been announced, so check out the rundown and start planning your viewing parties now. The show returns on August 24th, 2012.

“How I Met Your Mother” is also still going strong, and while there’s the chance that the upcoming 8th season might not be their last, the producers are writing it as if this is the last season. They’ve also decided to give fans something special on the side. Creators Thomas and Bays told HitFix that a HIMYM soundtrack is in the works, complete with Robin Sparkles songs and a fully-produced version of the “Bang-Bang-Bangity-Bang” tune that’s been a running gag for multiple seasons. The album comes to iTunes on premiere night of the new season, September 24th, 2012.
