Michelle Williams has fallen for longtime pal Jason Segel!

According to an exclusive US magazine report, the three-time Oscar nominee and the “How I Met Your Mother” star are completely smitten and were photographed taking a romantic stroll recently after a meal at Frankie’s Spuntino in Brooklyn.

“He put his arm around her and made her laugh as they walked,” says a witness. “[They] seemed very relaxed.”

“They are smitten and very serious,” a source says of the 31-year-old “My Week With Marilyn” star and Jason, 32. (The actress split from Heath Ledger five months before his death in 2008.)

The next day, Jason was snapped bonding with Matilda, Michelle’s 6-year-old daughter with Heath Ledger, as she went for a ride on her scooter. Cute!
