It was almost a full month ago that Lionsgate released The Hunger Games upon the world, and it became a global phenomenon at the box office. So far, it’s made half a billion dollars, and it’s not stopping there. For those of you who saw the movie on a regular screen, but wish you had the chance to check it out in its full IMAX glory, I’ve got good news: The Hunger Games is coming back to IMAX theaters for one more week, starting next Friday!

That’s right – for one week beginning April 27th, 2012, Gary Ross’ smash hit will return to more than 100 IMAX theaters across North America. To check out listings of which theaters are replaying the film, visit IMAX.com. Do you want to relive the experience of seeing Katniss and Peeta battle the other tributes, but on a huge screen? This might be one of the few movies that actually warrants an IMAX treatment, since the immersive screen will really pull you into the world of Panem.
