Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are one of Hollywood’s cutest celebrity couples, and they recently acted together in a movie called Hit & Run, which Shepard also wrote and co-directed. It’s about a getaway driver and his girlfriend who go on the run from the bank robbers he left behind, and it looks like a solid blend of action and comedy.

Fans of the excellent TV series Veronica Mars or Nick Stoller’s hilarious Forgetting Sarah Marshall don’t need us to tell you how great Kristen Bell is, and the addition of Bradley Cooper and fellow Veronica Mars actor Ryan Hansen as the criminals chasing down our heroes is enough to get us to check this out. (Oh yeah, and Tom Arnold is in it, too.) Hit & Run speeds into theaters on August 24th, 2012, and you can check out the trailer below.
