Yo Gotti has been charged with a felony for aggravated riot following a parking lot brawl that took place over Thanksgiving weekend. According to Billboard, Gotti and 10 other men are being charged, and Gotti turned himself in yesterday after a warrant was put out for his arrest.

Gotti and another man allegedly began arguing in a nightclub parking lot on the morning of November 29 in Memphis, and the conflict escalated into a fight during which gunshots were fired. Several people in the parking lot, which was outside the Level II nightclub, sustained gunshot wounds. According to some reports the other man was rapper O.G. Boo Dirty, who is supposedly a rival rapper of Gotti’s. Artemis “Peppa” Williams, Gotti’s manager, says there is currently no beef between the two.

Murray Wells, Gotti’s lawyer, told Billboard he’s confident Gotti will be cleared of the charges. Gotti was initially released on $1,000 bail.

Yesterday, Gotti tweeted, “JUST MADE IT TO MEMPHIS…. TURNING MYSELF IN NOW!” Earlier today, he updated with, “Back On Da Streetz!!!!! Just Left Court!!!! Strait 2Da Studio!!!!!”
