Electric Daisy Carnival has released its first round of lineup announcement and it looks like David Guetta, Avicii and Tiesto are among the DJs who will take the stage in Las Vegas this summer.

Other announced artists include Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, Kaskade, Above & Beyond, Flux Pavilion and Knife Party. The festival, which runs June 8-10, will take place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for its second year in Las Vegas. EDC anticipates 300,000 carnival-goers this year, which is more than last year’s 240,000 attendees.

Pasquale Rotella, founder of Insomniac Events, which promotes the Carnival, told MTV News, “It’s about the whole experience. We are not a concert. We are so much more than that — it’s about the production, it’s about the art. The music being played is the soundtrack to your experience for the evening.” He added, “I’ll have over 500 theatrical performers, over 30 carnival rides, hundreds of EDM acts, large-scale art installations, tons of special effects, massive enough fireworks to rival the Olympics… plus much, much, more.”

Above & Beyond’s Jono Grant, who will perform this year, also spoke with MTV News, telling the site, “Before most gigs these days, I’m more excited than nervous. An event like EDC is the exception, though. It’s nerve-racking and exciting playing in front of so many people. Every touch of the mixer and every decision you make has some kind of effect on a huge audience. You really give it your all.”
