Believe it or not it’s been twenty years since U2 released their landmark album Achtung Baby back in 1991, a collection of songs that not only won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance but also irrevocably changed the landscape of popular music and became one of the most celebrated albums of U2’s career.

To celebrate the fact that Achtung Baby is now twenty years old this month they released an anniversary edition of the disc that includes previously unreleased songs from the sessions the band recorded in Berlin and Dublin during those original sessions.

This version of the album will also include unseen video, remix and b-sides as well as documentary footage, an entire album of demo and early versions of songs from the album—including new versions of hit singles such as “Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Houses,” “Mysterious Ways” and “Even Better Than the Real Thing”—and this edition of the disc will be available in CD, vinyl, DVD and digital formats.
