News from “The Hunger Games” just keeps on coming! Today, the country music group Secret Sisters told The Alabama Daily Times that their single, “Tomorrow Will Be Kinder,” would be featured on the movie’s soundtrack.

The sisters, Lydia and Laura Rogers, were discovered during an open audition in Nashville in 2009. Their first self-titled album debuted in the fall of 2010 with industry leader T Bone Burnett. While you can’t hear their upcoming song just yet (their second album hasn’t been released), they have shared a little about the song’s inspiration.
.
“We were in Australia when the tornadoes came through Alabama. It was so tough for us to be away from home when all that was going on. There, Lydia sat down and wrote a song stemming from that sadness, “Tomorrow Will Be Kinder”. Even though it came from a really dark circumstance, it is about looking forward to better days.”
.
The duo join other artists already announced for the soundtrack, including Taylor Swift and Arcade Fire and The Decemberists. Ready for the soundtrack now? We are!!!
