Sounds like someone has some anger management issues, but then again, we are talking about Chris Brown here. Apparently he didn’t take too kindly to a fan snapping a photo of him in Miami and he snatched the fan’s iPhone and drove away. This is a whole new level of crazy.

According to a local Miami CBS station, Brown is facing charges of Robbery by Sudden Snatching. It’s an odd name for the charge, but it fits the description of the incident quite well. Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle released this statement today:

“My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken. This is the basic process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes.”

The incident took place when a fan, Christal Shanae Spann, spotted Brown getting into his Bentley and snapped his picture. According to Spann, Brown got angry, rolled down the window and snatched her phone, and then said, “B***h, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” and then drove off with the phone.
