Kristen Stewart certainly ain’t hurting for movie roles these days … and she certainly ain’t hurting for cash.

The Twilight actress — who commands a whopping $12.5 million per film, plus a share of profits — is nestled comfortably at the top of Forbes magazine’s annual list of highest-paid actresses, with her $34.5 million haul from May 2011 to May 2012. (Her two co-stars, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, get paid the same, FYI … but KStew earned more than them this year because of “Snow White and the Huntsman.”)

Last year, Kristen and Julia Roberts tied at No. 5 on the list. But with the taking off of the Twilight franchise, KStew is in major demand … and Julia, who ranks No. 6 this year, is kinda chopped liver by comparison.

Cameron Diaz secured the No. 2 spot on the list, earned about $34 million between May 2011 and May 2012 … with the help of the surprise blockbuster “Bad Teacher.”

Sandra Bullock is at No. 3 on the list … Angelina Jolie and Charlize Theron are at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.

Interestingly, and perhaps sadly, but probably not surprisingly, women are still paid less than men in the movie business. The 10 actresses who make up Forbes’ list earned a total $200 million compared to the $361 million brought in by the magazine’s top 10 men.
