Rihanna’s certainly had an eventful time during her stay in London …

On Tuesday, we reported that one of her bodyguards punched out a photographer for getting too close to the singer … and today, Rihanna had a little drama in her hotel — a fire.

She and other guests at the Corinthia Hotel were evacuated Wednesday morning when the fire broke out in the hotel’s service elevator.

A spokesperson for the hotel said, “At approximately 6.30am, one of the service elevator motors burnt out. There was a slight discharge of smoke and because of our robust fire management policy, the alarms were activated and a full evacuation of the building was carried out.”

“As a matter of procedure, the fire [department] were called to carry out full safety checks throughout the building. All guests were safely accounted for and were allowed back into the hotel soon after 7am.”

Ri tweeted a pic of a fire truck outside of the hotel and one of her in a taxi, in which she sped away from the scene.

Rihanna, who is a fan of London’s “tube” (subway) and uses it frequently as her mode of transportation, rode around in the cab until the coast was clear.

No injuries were reported.
