Justin Bieber is the new Kanye West. We mean that in the sense that Bieber seems to be guesting on all of the biggest upcoming pop albums including releases by One Direction and Carly Rae Jepsen.

During a recent interview with Radio 2 Bieber explained that he’s friends with One Direction and even hung out with them recently. “They’re my boys. They came to my house; we hung out. I have a pool, so we all went in and chilled out,” he explained. “If they want me on their album, they just have to ask. They’re talented.”

You can look for the One Direction in late 2012 and hopefully by then Jepsen will be over the “shock” of having Bieber make an appearance on her album as well. In addition to working with Redfoo and fun.’s Jack Antonoff on her upcoming disc she told MTV News, “The last collaboration is a song with Justin Bieber. We’re gonna do a little duet.”

“It was a song that him and Toby Gad brought to the table and asked [me to record],” she explained. “Actually, on my first introduction of Bieber, he was like, ‘Do you wanna sing this song?’ I said, ‘Yes!’ I love that track as well, so it was exciting.” So which collaboration are you most excited to hear?
